Even after years of going from one mental home to another Tommy Jarvis can't resolve himself to the fact that he has finally put Jason Voorhees in his grave. He keeps having delusions that Jason has arisen from his grave and is coming for him.But, when a series of new murders start occuring at the special farm for mental patients that Tommy's been sent to, he must resolve what is real and what is illusion.........
